After 31 years in Investment Banking/Corporate Finance, my wife and I decided to make a lifestyle change and moved to Winter Park in 1999. I received a Broker Associate License in that same year. At that point I started Lake Trail Development in 2003 and created a conservation easement on this property. My wife and I enjoy living here because of hiking, skiing, and just being in the mountains.
Grand County stole my heart when I first moved here in 1996. After a few years, I decided to finish my degree at CSU while continuing to work at the Fraser Experimental Forest. I moved back once I was finished to enjoy what I have come to love. This community and environment is very special and I get excited to help guide others in finding their connection and home.

A Colorado native, I first experienced Grand County spending summer weekends at the family cabin on Lake Granby boating and water-skiing. In 1999, my husband Regis and I realized our dream of living in the mountains when we moved to Winter Park. February of 2004, I joined Regis in Real Estate and development and became a licensed Real Estate Broker. Being able to live in Winter Park to observe wildlife and the incredible scenery with family and friends is a gift every day.
I came to Winter Park for 3 months… that was over 19 years ago! I was instantly in love with Grand County! The endless outdoor activities, breath taking beauty, and the warm sense of community “had me at hello”. I worked as a full time instructor at the National Sports Center for Disabilities for five years. My time with that amazing organization was life changing. It gave me a true appreciation of all of my good fortunes, and really helped me hone in my skills in assessing individuals needs. That translated very nicely into my career in Real Estate. I find great happiness in helping my clients to find the perfect mountain property through listening, and assessing their needs.
Originally from Maryland, I grew up on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay. After graduating from college in Washington, D.C. , I came to the realization that I had been to every state on the East Coast but hadn’t traveled further west than West Virginia. It was time for a serious road trip and in the Fall of ’92 I discovered the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. They have been my home ever since, affording me with an amazing lifestyle and a deep appreciation of the area. You can find me every day of the year out on the trail with my dogs, snowboarding, golfing or biking. Fortunate enough to buy a home here in Winter Park in September of 2015, I look forward to all the opportunities this amazing area has to offer.
Originally from the east and more recently, Indiana, my husband and I have been vacationing here since the early 1990’s. In 2013, we purchased a second home in Fraser. Our twin boys, who have been ski racing since a young age, joined the Winter Park Competition Center Full-Time Academy in 2014 and their passion for competing prompted us to relocate to Winter Park permanently. I enjoy hiking, skiing, biking, photography, and teaching Spinning and Pilates. I chose a career in Real Estate to share my love for Winter Park and help others find their perfect mountain home!
I moved to Winter Park in 1992 and have been selling real estate since that time. Currently a Member of the Winter Park Town Council and I also serve on the Granby Chamber of Commerce Board. Over the years, I’ve built 5 homes in the County and moved more times than my wife & family would have preferred, but now settled in the Alpine Timbers neighborhood and being told I can never move again. My wife Kirsten & I spend most of our time chasing around our two girls and bringing them up in this Grand County. Avid biker (both road & mountain) and downhill skier.
I fell in love with Grand County at an early age when my family traveled from Ohio to ski at Winter Park Resort. After graduating from Miami University in 2003, I moved to Winter Park to enjoy skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and trail running. I taught elementary school here for 11 years, which connected me to the local community and provided me with a unique understanding of what makes Grand County so special. It is a privilege to help others find a place to call home in this wonderful mountain community.

Elle is proud to be one of the few true Grand County natives you’ll meet. Daughter of the Assistant Fire Chief and longtime Winter Park Ski Patroller, she has been fortunate to call this beautiful and supportive community home for her entire life. Upon graduating from Denver’s Metro State University, Elle did take some time away from home to work and travel overseas in Australia and New Zealand. Still yearning to explore, she returned to the United States where she spent time in both South Lake Tahoe and San Francisco where she worked for a mortgage company. But all along, Elle knew her true home in the Rocky Mountains was calling, and she returned to Winter Park in 2012. As a committee member of the Winter Park Chamber Advisory Board and co-founder of the Winter Park Young Professionals, Elle has proven that she is dedicated to building a strong future for her beloved community. She’s pleased to answer any questions you may have about the true “local experience,” and from the school district to the slopes, she’s eager to help make her hometown your hometown.
I hail from the mid-west, in Indiana, where I received a BA from Indiana University and moved to Colorado in 1999. After being 2nd home owners in WP since ’05, we moved up here full time from Denver in 2011 and I began working as Lisa’s assistant in March 2012. I received my Real Estate License in January 2014. I am an avid trail runner and skier with 3 young kids who love calling Winter Park our home!
Since I have been selling Real Estate for many years, I have always seen the value in educating myself in every aspect of the business. In doing so, I have acquired several designations and certifications from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The certification that I am most proud of is RSPS (Resort & Second Home Property Specialist).
I have given back to my Profession in many different ways. I have been involved with our local board, Grand County Board of Realtors (GCBOR), as a Chairperson for the MLS committee for 5 years, along with being on the Board of Directors. Then I was the President of the Board for 2 years. In 2006 I was honored with GCBOR Realtor of the Year. I am also on the Colorado Association of Realtor (CAR) committee for Professional Standards and Ethics and have sat on many hearing panels for ethics & arbitration.
