Recently travel writer Steve Winston named Winter Park Resort in his “Top 10 U.S. Ski Spots”!  Writing for the World Property Journal, Winston placed Winter Park Resort No. 3 on this list ahead of Vail, Colorado and other ski areas in Utah and Alaska.

I think it is safe to say we at Real Estate of Winter Park agree with Winston’s opinion, “I think Winter Park Resort is one of the coolest ski villages in America, and this isn’t the first time we’ve made one of his list’s.  The Town of Winter Park is No. 5 on Winston’s list of the top 10 mountain towns in the United States, and Winter Park  (as well as Grand Lake) made Winston’s list of top 10 “authentic” towns in the United States.

Winston names a number of reasons for his accreditation of Winter Park.  He points out the wide range of terrain our mountain has to offer that is suitable for both the “chill” skier to those looking for a “challenge”, the Winter Park Village’s “playful touches”, our ski shops, cafes and boutiques, our après-ski activities, and the refreshing architecture of our “woodsy-but-modern condos with fireplaces and balconies overlooking dramatic natural backdrops”.

Wow!  This is quite the compliment!
