Starting Saturday December 3rd The Denver Ski Bus will bring skiers and snowboarders from Denver and Boulder to Winter Park Resort every Saturday and Sunday during the 2011-2012 ski season.

Now you can enjoy a full day of skiing without worrying about driving in I-70 traffic and be environmentally friendly at the same time, since motor coaches are the most fuel efficient mode of transportation per passenger mile traveled. With over 50 skiers and snowboarders on each bus, that will take more than 30 cars off the road with each trip.

The cost is $38 round trip from Denver, and $42 from the University of Colorado Boulder campus.

The route begins with pick at 6:00am from CU Boulder East Campus; Lot #560 and continues on to Denver West/Christy Sports with a 7:00am pickup. The bus will take around two hours to arrive at Winter Park Resort’s Village Cabriolet which is also where it will depart at 4:30pm.

So ride the Denver Ski Bus, relax and save the earth.
