This month the Bank Owned Listings in the Winter Park, Granby and Grand Lake areas decreased to 47. The Winter Park Area saw an incredible amount of activity. The 8 duplex and single family homes that came on the market in Coyote Creek in Tabernash all went under contract with in a couple of weeks. There is an incredible deal on a 7000 sq. foot log home in Lakota listed at $1,549,000.

In the Grand Lake area the number of active listings decreased to 10. Several single family homes were newly listed this past month in the price range of $100,000 to $200,000.  Two cabins in the area closed, a one bedroom, one bath for $72,000 and a 2 bedroom, 2 baths on half an acre for $130,500.

The Granby area experienced the biggest increase in bank owned listing this month. The number of active listings jumped from 23 to 32. Vacant land prices start as low as $8,900 and homes start at $112,900.
